OPI - Absolutely Alice

Zachciało mi się brokatu ;) Ciemne lakiery wyglądają wg mnie najładniej na krótkich paznokciach, więc mocno przycięłam swoje szponki. Z zakamarków szuflady wygrzebałam zapomniany brokat OPI - Absolutely Alice, pochodzący z kolekcji Alice In Wonderland. Odkąd go zobaczyłam na swatchach zapragnęłam mieć, mimo że niebieskie lakiery nie należą do moich ulubionych. 

Ten błyszczy jak szalony, to granatowy brokat z domieszką złota - naprawdę śliczny. Na zdjęciach dwie warstwy pokryte topem Seche Vite. Uwielbiam =)

Jedyne, co może być minusem to ogromny pędzelek w tym lakierze - jeśli macie małe lub wąskie paznokcie może to być problem. Ale dla efektu warto się pomęczyć =)

Sally Hansen - Polar Bare

Dzisiaj (a właściwie od wczoraj) na paznokciach mam lakier z ostatnich zakupów internetowych Sally Hansen - Polar Bare. To mleczna biel, nie kryje w 100% i bardzo dobrze, bo dzięki temu wygląda bardzo stylowo i elegancko. Na zdjęciu 3 warstwy dodatkowo ozdobione topperem z limitowanki Essence Hugs & Kisses o wdzięcznej nazwie Dreams For Sale. Całkiem udane połączenie, na koniec zimy w sam raz! Jestem już gotowa na pastele i neony, wiosno przyjdź!

PS. Właśnie zamówiłam sobie na Allegro kolejne woski Yankee Candle i dużą świecę Fluffy Towels =D Cieszę się jak dziecko ;) A w weekend chyba znowu skoczę do Złotych...

Sally Hansen - Mousseline Sandwich Manicure

Zainspirowana manicurem Mani postanowiłam dzisiaj również zafundować "kanapkę" moim paznokciom =) Pod koniec tygodnia dotarło moje lakierowe zamówienie z Nocanka.pl (5 lakierów Sally Hansen) i na pierwszy ogień poszedł Mousseline.

To delikatny, mleczny beż, naprawdę pięknie wygląda na paznokciach, świeżo i elegancko. W zależności od ilości nałożonych warstw można uzyskać połowiczne lub całkowite krycie. 

Na warstwę bazy pomalowałam 2 warstwy Mousseline, następnie jedną warstwę różnokolorowego brokatu Essence - Circus Confetti i na koniec jeszcze jedną warstwę Mousseline. Całość pokryłam warstwą Seche Vite =)

Golden Rose - South Beach #08

Nie mogę się zdecydować, w jakim języku pisać - raz w angielskim, raz w polskim - teraz padło na polski i chyba póki co przy tym pozostanę ;) 

Dzisiaj dodaję zdjęcia kolejnego lakieru Golden Rose z linii Selective - to piękny nudziak o nazwie South Beach. Ładnie kryje przy 2 grubszych lub 3 cieńszych warstwach. Bardzo lubię takie cieliste kolory, są bardzo eleganckie i nadają się na każdą okazję =) 

I bonusik - South Beach w połączeniu z Dreamy Glitter od NYX Girls =)

Tony Moly - GS08

I've been wanting to have this nail polish ever since I saw it on Pinterest over a year ago. About 2 weeks ago I found an auction on eBay and I finally got it! This is Tony Moly - GS08, it's made in Korea and it's so gorgeous! It's a milky blue base with blue and pink tiny and hexagonal glitter - such a beauty! I believe it's similar to Revlon's Whimsical - also on my wish list ;) 

The first time I put it on I didn't use anything underneath, the polish is very sheer, you need at least 4 coats to get the blue to show up. So I decided to go for a layer of light blue polish as a base underneath the GS08 (I used Lovely Crystal Strength #333) and it was much better. I then painted 2 coats of the Tony Moly over it =)

Golden Rose - Jolly Jewels #115

This glitter polish ... I can't even! It's such a beauty, I'm in love. This is #115 from the Jolly Jewels collection by Golden Rose. I've been so impressed with GR lately, this line is amazing and so is the Selective line (I've shown the Fruit Sherbet polish from that line and since then I went and bought some more colors... yeah I love these!). 

Back to #115 - these should have names in my opinion, not just numbers! - it's a milky base with colorful glitter. No problems at all with the application. The glitter is rather easy to distribute all over the nail. Pictured are 2 coats + 1 layer of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri. I also used the peel off base by Essence underneath. 

It's beautiful! I gotta confess I bought a few more from this line, it's just so pretty and I love me some glittah! =D

Golden Rose - Jolly Jewels #103

I knew I had to try these glitters ever since I saw them on many beauty blogs! They are chunky glitters from Golden Rose, there are quite many colors and they are made to look like the frankens you see on Etsy. Since I love pink gold I had to get #103 which is tiny gold glitter and chunkier pink hexagonal glitter. It's a real beauty!

Pictured are 3 coats and I used Sally Hansen's Insta-Dri Top Coat. I think Seche Vite might be better for such chunky, gritty gliters, just to even out the surface but I currently don't have it. I used my new Essence Peel Off Base Coat underneath, I hope it will make removing it easy - as such heavy glitter would be horrible and difficlut to remove with nail polish remover. Obviously I'm not gonna wear these to work so I will test the base soon enough ;)

Nails Inc. - Elizabeth Street / OPI - Servin' Up Sparkle

I can't get enough of pink polishes! This pretty is a Christmas gift from my friend Cheryl and it's so so so lovely! I couldn't wait to use it. It's called Elizabeth Street, pictured are 3 coats. I spiced it up with OPI - Servin' Up Sparkle, also from Cheryl - thanks so much girl, they're amazing! xo

Nails for the week

Every now and then I miss pink on my nails. Pink + glitter are perfect together so I made this sandwich:
- 2 coats of OPI Pedal Faster Suzi!
- 1 coat of Essence Circus Confetti
- 2 coats of Essie Mademoiselle
- 1 coat of Seche Vite top coat.

It will be a pain to remove but I love the result! =)

Another haul...

As a reward for stressful week of work I treated myself to some shopping lol ;) I was running out of my Bourjois Micellar Cleansing Water which is my absolute favourite make-up remover so I had to go get another bottle and I picked up some other stuff as well:

- Olay Complete Touch Of Foundation - I don't know why I got it, I just bought the Garnier BB Cream and haven't even started using it yet so why get this? lol Oh well I gotta say I love Olay and I tested it at SuperPharm and liked it so... it's a moisturizer mixed with Max Factor foundation. Can't wait to try it even though I love regular foundation... and I have too many of those as well but anyways! 

- Ziaja Maziajki shower cream & shampoo - I love shower gels/cream that smell good, this smells heavenly! It smells like cookie dough ice-cream YUM!

- Max Factor 2000 Calorie Mascara - it's on sale now at SuperPharm if you spend 30PLN you can buy it for only 9.99PLN! Score! 

- Essence Colour & Go Nail Polish in Gold Fever - who can resist some glittering goodness?! And cheap! 

- Essence Circus Circus Longlasting Eyeshadow in My Sparkling Acrobat - it was the only shade I didn't originally pick up when this limited edition hit stores and I was regreting it! I was so surprised to see this one just laying there alone in the Essence stand, just had to get it! I keep wearing the other one from the Circus Circus collection (Raise The Curtain For...) to work every day and it just stays on. Last night I forgot to remove my make-up before falling asleep (bad bad!) and when I woke up the eyeshadow was still there, unsmudged and perfect! How impressive! Now soon the Maybelline Color Tattoo shadows will become available here and I already know I gotta get them ALL LMAO! =) Except the white one because I have it already... 

- Essence Stay All Day Long Lasting Eyeshadow in Camp Rock - because I absolutely love their cream shadows! They rock!

- Essence Gel Eyeliner in Miami's Ink - Essence gel eyeliners are the bomb dot com! I have 4 and this is my 5th one, absolutely love them. 

So this was my haul, probably the last one before my first paycheck as I've ran out of my spending cash =(

Jak wiosna to ... arbuzy!

Odkąd zobaczyłam ten arbuzowy wzorek na youtube chciałam go wypróbować, arbuzy to moje ulubione owoce! Moje paznokcie były już od dwóch dni pomalowane różowym lakierem OPI - Sparrow Me The Drama więc bazę miałam przygotowaną. Wzorek jest zrobiony nieco niechlujnie, ponieważ chciałam go tylko wypróbować, ale tak mi się spodobał efekt że jeszcze trochę go ponoszę =)

Do wykonania arbuzów użyłam wspomnianego już różowego lakieru OPI - Sparrow Me The Drama, do zielonych końcówek Essence - Viva La Green i Lime Up! i lakieru do kresek w kolorze białym, też z Essence. 

Do czarnych pestek użyłam resztek pisaka do wzorków z Essence, który opisałam w poście ze zużyciami. Niechlujne, bo pisak już zakończył żywota ;) 

 

 

Ponieważ lubię bling bling mały palec pomalowałam dwoma warstwami brokatu Dreamy Glitter z NYX Girls oraz dodatkowo jedną warstwą zielonego brokatu Enchanted Forest, też z NYX Girls. 

Na kciuku dodałam dwie warstwy Make It Golden z Essence =)
